Added: 05-26-18: Week 22

Super simple for Week 22 with some cute doodles I found on Pinterest. The green Crayola markers bled through as they usually do. For me, it's only the green... always. I glued a scrap of paper below the waving elephant because i was going to just start this week with Monday and draw in Tuesday when I was done. I listed some of the events and then just. couldn't. do. it. and drew in the other days.

Next month, I'm reversing my monthly and weekly trackers.

I started out wanting to do the triangular one from week 19 and instead, changed it up to a harlequin kind of feel..The Pink and Green diamonds were filled in using Crayola markers. I'm not a fan of the streaking. I'm fearful I may need to use a larger pen to write on the pink, but we'll see.

Week 19 was inspired by an Instagram post by @jashiicorrin - I'm not very happy with the interpretation I've done and see many ways I can improve it. However, I do look forward to what it will look like at the end of the week. I will try this layout again.

The four trackers included are for the kitties' water, watering the plant, doing the dishes, and working on other books.

Well, I still haven't picked my theme for daily mood tracker yet but I have confidence I will be inspired any moment now.

Since Bealtaine is the Celtic beginning of Summer, I went for a sun motif for Week 18.

For May, I thought I would get back to the thing that I love more than anything; my calligraphy. I still haven't chosen my mood tracker for the month, but I will before May starts. Lily of the Valley and Hawthorns are the plants of May and emerald is its stone.

Holidays for this month, for me, are light, as are the doodles, so far.

Doodles for May 2018

In February, I attached some artists paper in the journal I was using with washi tape and completed the first doodle challenge I took on and it felt great. I would share it here, but it was a funny, definitely NSFW challenge.

In March, I started a couple of doodle challenges on some watercolor paper and then promptly lost them... probably because I didn't washi them into my book as I should have.

In April, I ignored any doodle challenges, opting for the #RockYourHandwriting challenge instead to improve my fast writing script.

Days 1-4

This month, I put the doodle challenge right onto the pages of my plournal. It's Beltane themed. I'll be updating by adding new photos on this post weekly.

Sorry for all the curse words and adult material. Levity definitely made the month go smoother. I also see I forgot to color in the chocolate hummus.
